Hey there, I'm Jenna Fuchser, chef behind Baked on Rose

I am self-taught pastry chef based in Los Angeles.

My culinary journey began in the restaurant industry through cake decorating, and I was so inspired to learn more about the art of baking. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work in some memorable kitchens, gaining invaluable experience.

My last role as head pastry chef at Gjusta was truly unforgettable, and after five amazing years, I decided to take a much-needed break. During this time, I discovered the incredible potential within my own kitchen, which led to the creation of Baked on Rose.

Here at Baked on Rose, I pour my heart into every cake, pie, and treat I create. It's all about infusing traditional flavors with imaginative twists, playing with textures, and adding surprising elements that create pure magic in every single bite.

To me, Baked on Rose is more than just a cake shop—it's a way to connect with my community. I believe in the power of food to bring people together, especially when it's over a slice of cake. So come on over and let's create some sweet moments together!
