Hey there, I'm Jenna Fuchser, the pastry chef behind Baked on Rose.

I'm a self-taught pastry chef based in Los Angeles. My culinary journey started in restaurants, where cake decorating first sparked my passion for baking. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work in incredible kitchens, learning the craft and building my skills.

My time as head pastry chef at Gjusta was unforgettable, but after five amazing years, I decided to step away and take some time for myself. That break led me to discover the joy of baking from my own kitchen—and Baked on Rose was born.

Here at Baked on Rose, every cake, pie, and treat is a labor of love. I love to combine traditional flavors with creative twists, layering textures and unexpected elements that make each bite special.
