Our Cakes
All of my cakes are made with organic eggs, cream, and sugar, along with good fats like European butter, olive oil, or avocado oil.
Every flavor can be made gluten-free, and there are a few dairy-free options available too. You can choose from a range of sizes and styles, including custom designs if you’re looking for something a little more personal.
I also rotate in seasonal flavors throughout the year, based on what’s fresh and local—and whatever I’m most excited to bake with.

Signature Flavors
Olive Oil & Yuzu
Olive oil cake, yuzu curd, white chocolate whipped vanilla cream, finished with salty olive oil Swiss buttercream. (Contains nuts.)
Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
Layers of chocolate rye cake made with Tehachapi rye flour, whipped chocolate ganache, hazelnut praline crunch, Swiss espresso buttercream. (Contains nuts.)
Carrot Cake
Carrot sponge with sorghum flour and Tehachapi Grain Project // Rouge de Bordeaux Flour, toasted walnuts, golden raisins, and chai masala spices, filled with whipped cream cheese, finished with vanilla Swiss buttercream. (Contains nuts.)
Tiramisu
Almond butter sponge, soaked in espresso and layered with mascarpone, Kahlua, almond praline, and espresso whipped cream. Finished with a dusting of cocoa powder. (Contains nuts.) Two layers of cake. The smallest size available is 8’’
Classic Flavors
Classic Vanilla
Vanilla butter sponge, layered with vanilla diplomat cream and a delicate layer of vanilla bean Swiss buttercream. Funfetti option available upon request.
Classic Chocolate
Rich classic Chocolate sponge, filled and finished with silky Swiss chocolate buttercream. Anything but basic.
Seasonal Flavors
Chocolate Bergamot Rye Cake
Layers of dark chocolate rye cake made with Tehachapi rye flour, filled with a chocolate ganache infused with bergamot tea, lending subtle aromatic and floral undertones. Finished in a textured chocolate cocoa nib crumble.
Passion Fruit Cake
Moist olive oil sponge filled with silky passion fruit curd, enhanced with a splash of passion-fruit liqueur for brightness, and finished with soft vanilla buttercream.
Blush Chocolate Rye Cake
Chocolate rye sponge layered with red berry preserve, with kirsch syrup, and finished with a soft blush raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream.
